product details
CYM1L residual current molded case circuit breaker is suitable for use in circuits with an AC frequency of 50Hz (or 60Hz), a rated insulation voltage of 800V, a rated working voltage of 400V, and a rated working current up to 630A (800A) for infrequent switching and infrequent starting of motors. The circuit breaker features overload, short circuit, and undervoltage protection functions, protecting lines and power equipment from damage. Additionally, it provides indirect contact protection for people and protects against fire hazards that may arise from long-term grounding faults detected by the overcurrent protection function. In the event of malfunction of other protective devices, the NAM1L residual current circuit breaker with a rated residual operating current of 30mA can provide additional protection directly. The circuit breaker is divided into two types based on its rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity: Type M (higher breaking capacity) and Type H (high breaking capacity four-pole without Type H). This circuit breaker features small size, high breaking capacity, short arc duration, and vibration resistance. It can be installed vertically (i.e., upright) or horizontally (i.e., sideways). The circuit breaker has an isolation function
(CYM1L) CM1L residual current circuit breaker complies with: IEC60947-2 and GB14048.2, as well as Appendix B of circuit breakers with residual current protection. The circuit breaker cannot be wired in reverse, meaning that only terminals 1, 3, and 5 are allowed to connect to the power line; terminals 2, 4, and 6 are for connecting to the load line.
Structural features:
1. Structure
(CYM1L) CM1L residual current circuit breaker is an electronic current-operated residual current protector. The main components include: main switch (including overcurrent release), zero-sequence current transformer, electronic amplification component, residual current release, test device, all of which are housed in a plastic enclosure.
2. Operating principle,
When there is leakage or electric shock in the protected circuit, the zero-sequence current transformer emits a signal. When this signal output reaches a certain value, it triggers the thyristor to conduct, causing the residual current release to operate, thereby driving the traction rod and the operating mechanism to disconnect in a very short time, cutting off the power supply and thus achieving the residual current protection function
Main Features
Residual current three-phase protection: (CYM1L) CM1L residual current circuit breaker achieves ground fault protection. The working power supply sampling of the conventional residual current protection module of a circuit breaker is two-phase, while this series of circuit breakers is three-phase. If any one phase is missing, the residual current protection module of the circuit breaker can still work normally;
On-site adjustable: The rated residual operating current and residual current operating time (non-delay and delay) can be adjusted on-site according to the actual situation; Low voltage protection: When the phase voltage drops to 50V, the dew point protection module can still work normally; With leakage alarm output function: When the residual current of the equipment or line reaches or exceeds the set value, the circuit breaker with a leakage alarm unit module outputs a passive contact signal to drive the corresponding alarm device.
